Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a dependable Breakfast Line Cook to join our seasonal culinary team at St. Bernard’s Restaurant.

This full-time, seasonal, hourly position offers the chance to contribute to high‑quality breakfast service in a resort setting. Responsibilities include preparing breakfast items to recipes, stocking the line, and maintaining a clean workstation while following food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous breakfast line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to recipes and established standards.
• Set up and stock the breakfast line and prep stations before service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, presentation, and timing.
• Work efficiently during busy breakfast service while keeping station clean and organized.
• Communicate with chefs and kitchen staff regarding orders, timing, and product needs.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
• Maintain adequate product levels and communicate when additional prep is needed.
• Assist with daily kitchen prep, cleaning, organization, and closing duties.
• Store and label food products according to kitchen standards.
• Support the culinary team with other duties as needed.
