Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking a dependable Breakfast Line Cook to join our seasonal culinary team. You will prepare and execute breakfast service, maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness, and support the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or breakfast cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock breakfast line and prep stations before service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning and timing.
• Work efficiently during busy service while keeping station clean.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures.
• Assist with daily kitchen prep, cleaning and closing duties.
