Qualifications

• At least three years of professional cooking experience.
• Experience preparing breakfast and lunch dishes to established recipes and standards.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, proper storage, and allergen awareness.
• Ability to manage a station independently during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items per approved recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and maintain your station for service.
• Check food quality, freshness, and plating before serving.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures.
• Label and rotate ingredients and monitor stock to minimize waste.
• Clean and organize station and equipment during shifts.
• Assist with guiding and training newer culinary team members.
