HEI Hotels & Resorts, overseeing Embassy Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort, seeks an Outlet Assistant to support the Outlet Manager and ensure a welcoming guest experience. This role focuses on maintaining clean dining areas, timely service, and coordinating breakfast service for guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Take care of guests with their breakfast experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
