Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts, managing the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort, seeks a friendly host/hostess to greet guests, manage seating, and present menus in a bustling oceanfront dining room.

As the first impression of the restaurant, you will read reservations, coordinate with servers, ensure proper set-up, and assist with special events. Training and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Read, maintain, and log daily entries to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Promote menu items and understand guest requests and reservations.
• Maintain seating arrangements and assist with special functions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offer seating options, and present menus.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth service.
