Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a dependable Breakfast Line Cook to join our seasonal culinary team at St. Bernard’s Restaurant.

This full-time, seasonal, hourly position offers the chance to contribute to high‑quality breakfast service in a resort setting. Responsibilities include preparing breakfast items to recipes, stocking the line, and maintaining a clean workstation while following food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous breakfast line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures.

Responsabilités

LOCATION: Solitude Mountain Resort

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time/ Seasonal/ Hourly

POSITION: St. Bernard’s Restaurant at Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a dependable and motivated Breakfast Line Cook to join our seasonal culinary team.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to recipes and established standards.
• Set up and stock the breakfast line and prep stations before service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, presentation, and timing.
• Work efficiently during busy breakfast service while maintaining a clean and organized station.
• Communicate clearly with chefs and other kitchen staff regarding orders, timing, and product needs.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and food‑handling procedures.
• Maintain adequate product levels throughout service and communicate when additional prep is needed.
• Assist with daily kitchen preparation, cleaning, organization, and closing duties.
• Properly store and label food products according to kitchen standards.
• Support the culinary team with other duties as needed.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous line cook or breakfast cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry kitchen supplies as required.
• Food‑handler certification preferred or willingness to obtain one.
