Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Black Rock Mountain Resort in Heber City, Utah, is hiring a Cook to join our culinary team. You will work across kitchen stations, focusing on quality and guest experience in a scenic mountain setting.

You will assist the Chef with food production, maintain sanitation, prep ingredients, and help minimize waste while delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes. Shift flexibility is required; there's room to grow within our renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain one.
• Willing to work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cook in producing food for kitchen preparation and service.
• Support production for cafeteria, banquet, dining room, and fine dining.
• Maintain a passive leadership role to sustain adequate production levels.
• Develop skills and collaborate with culinary leadership to create menus reflecting seasonal availability.
• Join a world class culinary team and contribute to high-quality guest experiences.
