Job summary

Snooze is hiring a Host in Phoenix to greet guests, manage the host stand and waitlist, and keep the dining experience flowing smoothly. You’ll coordinate with servers and kitchen staff, assist with to-go orders, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes upbeat service, reliability, and a willingness to stand for long periods. Prior hospitality experience is helpful, and you’ll benefit from a supportive team and meal perks.

Qualifications

• County required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist on the iPad system
• If on a wait, keep the crowd excited and having FUN
• Answer phones, take to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond to Guest requests and communicate with Server as needed
• Assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables
