Job summary

Snooze is hiring a Host to welcome guests, manage the host stand, and maintain the dining area. You’ll seat guests promptly, manage the waitlist, answer phones, and help with to-go orders. You’ll also help keep restrooms clean and assist servers with delivery and bussing.

Qualifications

• All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist iPad system
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond to Guest requests and communicate to Server as needed
• Assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables
