Job summary

Snooze is hiring a Host to greet guests, manage the host stand, and support seamless dining experiences at our breakfast-focused restaurant. You will welcome guests, seat them promptly, manage the waitlist via iPad, answer phones, and assist with to-go orders and bussing as needed.

Eligible candidates enjoy weekly pay, competitive hourly rates, meal allowances, and benefits including insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• County required food and alcohol serving certificates must be obtained prior to employment.
• Prior experience recommended, not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave.
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist iPad system.
• If on a wait, keep the crowd excited and having FUN!
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system.
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes.
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests and communicate to Server as needed.
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables.
