Job summary

Snooze is hiring a Host to create a welcoming dining experience in Centennial. You will greet guests, manage seating and waitlists, take to-go orders, and help keep the dining area clean and inviting.

This role supports a fast-paced, friendly team focused on hospitality and efficiency. Ideal candidates enjoy interacting with people, can stand for long periods, and are comfortable using POS systems and iPads.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and seating.
• Familiar with POS and iPad systems.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be at least 17 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Welcome guests and thank them on departure.
• Seat guests promptly and manage the waitlist using iPad system.
• Answer phones and place to-go orders in the POS system.
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes.
• Assist with requests and coordinate with servers as needed.
• Help teammates with food delivery and bussing tables.
