Job summary

Snooze Plano is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage the host stand, and coordinate seating at our breakfast-focused restaurant. You’ll work in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment where smiling and efficiency set the tone for each visit.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing waitlists on our iPad system, answering phones, and assisting teammates with food delivery and bussing tables. Prior guest services experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Greet guests warmly and manage the waiting list efficiently.
• Seat guests promptly and manage seating flow and waitlist on iPad.
• Answer phones and take to-go orders, entering them into POS.
• Inspect restrooms and maintain cleanliness every 30 minutes.
• Assist servers with delivery and bussing as needed.
