Job summary

Daly Seven is seeking a Breakfast Host/Hostess for a part-time morning role. You will craft a warm, inviting breakfast experience and take ownership of guest satisfaction from start to finish.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, anticipating needs, maintaining inventory and cleanliness, and coordinating with other departments as needed. ServSafe is preferred, with prior customer service or food service experience valued.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred, but not required.
• Prior customer service or food service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, and regularly navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist with refills and service.
• Provide accurate information and directions for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocked service areas during the morning shift.
• Support other departments when needed and communicate shifts verbally and via logbooks.
• Support hotel security by reporting hazards and assisting as required.
