Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying professional.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Manage waiting lists and seating to maximize capacity and minimize waits.
• Maintain a clean, inviting entrance area for guests.
• Communicate wait times and updates accurately to guests.
• Assist with reservations and note relevant details.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus and daily specials.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth turnover.
• Ensure tables are cleaned and prepared for next guests.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and allergen information.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Support cashiering duties and handle payments accurately.
• Stay updated on promotions and offerings.
