Job summary

MLA Move Language Ahead seeks a Welfare Manager for its summer program at Pitzer College, Claremont, CA. The role is full-time and seasonal, mid-June through mid-August, with on-campus housing and 6 workdays per week, 1 day off.

You will supervise international high school students, coordinate with campus staff, and ensure safety and well-being. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and care for students; monitor their welfare.
• Liaise with Center Director and campus staff on welfare matters.
• Reside on campus in MLA-provided housing for the program duration.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure student safety.
