Merrick & Company is seeking a college or graduate student for a paid Summer 2027 internship in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering. Open to Greenwood Village, CO, Tulsa, OK, Richmond, VA, or Chattanooga, TN offices.

The program provides hands-on experience on real client projects within an employee-owned firm. The internship runs mid-May through mid-August 2027 and emphasizes collaboration, learning, and exposure to codes and standards, design tools like AutoCAD or REVIT, and

Qualifications

• Must have graduation date after August 2027 to be eligible.
• Must be pursuing an engineering degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Must be currently enrolled and entering junior year or higher of an undergraduate degree, or currently enrolled in grad school.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without Sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Gain technical experience in structural engineering including analysis, steel/concrete design, and foundation design.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, interface with clients and contractors, follow schedules and budgets, work independently, and communicate effectively.
