Job summary

Merrick & Company is seeking a college or graduate student for a paid Summer Internship in 2027 at Greenwood Village, CO, Tulsa, OK, or Richmond, VA. The program offers hands-on mechanical engineering experience on real client projects, with mentorship and cross-disciplinary exposure.

Qualifications

• Must have graduation date after August 2027 to be eligible.
• Pursuing an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Currently enrolled and entering junior year or higher of undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in grad school.
• Eligible to work in the United States without Sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain technical experience in mechanical engineering across sizing, stress analysis, piping, and facilities design.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and interface with clients and contractors.
• Follow schedules and budget commitments, work independently, and solve problems.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
