Job summary

Aerotek is hosting the Summer 2027 Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program – Sales, a 10-week paid internship designed to immerse students in core business areas, including Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support with a strong focus on sales.

Interns will learn how to source candidates, screen resumes, and support client relationships while gaining hands-on experience. High performers may receive a full-time offer into the Sales Development Representative track.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS in college/university; sales degree/minor/certificate preferred.
• First-years and transitioning juniors/seniors encouraged to apply.
• Experience in customer service or sales-related roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Post available positions and help build the candidate pool.
• Evaluate resumes and screen qualified candidates for interviews.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters.
• Shadow Recruiters on calls, interviews, and reference checks.
• Maintain documentation in the Applicant Tracking System and records.
• Shadow Account Managers during client visits and requisition qualifications.
• Assist in lead generation and networking events.
