Job summary

Aerotek in the United States is offering the Summer 2027 Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program - Sales, a 10-week paid internship designed to immerse students in recruiting, account management and field support with a strong emphasis on sales.

The Sales Intern will learn three core phases of Aerotek's business and interact with candidates, contractors and clients, gaining hands-on experience and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college with a BA/BS in sales or related field
• Transitioning between junior and senior year preferred
• Experience with MS Office and customer service
• Sales-related experience

Responsibilities

• Post positions online using our candidate tracking system to broaden the candidate pool
• Evaluate resumes and screen candidates qualified for interviews
• Schedule candidates for interviews and shadow recruiters during calls and reference checks
• Attend client meetings and shadow account managers through the client acquisition process
• Support field operations and participate in networking events
