Job summary

Aerotek is offering a Summer 2027 Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program in Sales. This 10-week paid internship focuses on learning the three core phases Aerotek supports: Recruiting, Account Management, and Field Support, with a heavy emphasis on sales.

The program aims to develop business acumen through exposure to candidates, contractors, and clients, potentially leading to a full-time SDR opportunity. Participants will gain hands-on experience in posting jobs, resume evaluation, interview

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degree (sales degree, minor, certificate preferred).
Transitioning between Junior and Senior years (preferred).
MS Office proficiency required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Sales related experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Post available positions on the Internet via the candidate tracking system to increase the candidate pool.
Evaluate resumes and select candidates qualified for interviews.
Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters.
Shadow Recruiters during calls, interviews and reference checks.
Maintain documentation in Aerotek's Applicant Tracking System.
Shadow Account Managers during client visits and qualification steps.
Assist in lead generation and during the client acquisition process.
