Aerotek is offering a Summer 2027 Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program in Dayton, OH. The Sales Intern will learn the three core business areas—Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support—with a strong emphasis on sales.

The program may lead to a full-time opportunity in the Sales Development Representative track. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a BA/BS program with an interest in sales, customer service, and MS Office proficiency.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing a BA/BS degree.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• MS Office proficiency required.

Mansioni

• Learn the three Aerotek business phases: Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support with emphasis on sales.
• Shadow Recruiters, Account Managers and Field Support during calls, interviews and client visits.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and maintaining documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in lead generation, networking events and client meetings.
• Support the team with onboarding and candidate communications.
