Summer 2027 Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program - Sales (10 week paid internship) offers a structured introduction to recruiting, account management and field support within Aerotek's local operations. Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Sales related experience preferred.
• Enrollment in college/university pursuing BA/BS in sales or related field.

Responsabilités

• Post available positions on the Internet via the candidate tracking system to increase the pool of candidates.
• Evaluate resumes and screen candidates qualified for interviews.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters and shadow recruitment activities.
• Shadow Recruiters during calls, interviews, and reference checks.
• Assist with documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Shadow Account Managers during client visits and requisition qualifications.
