Responsibilities

• Learn the three phases of business including Recruiting, Account Management, and Field Support
• Post available positions on the Internet
• Evaluate resumes and schedule interviews
• Shadow Recruiters and Account Managers in their roles
• Attend networking events and participate in lead generation
