Aerotek is offering a **10-week paid internship** in Sales as part of the Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program. The Sales Intern will learn about recruiting and account management while emphasizing hands-on sales experience. This role offers an opportunity to shadow experienced professionals and could lead to a full-time position in their Sales Development Representative program.

Ideal candidates are current college students, preferably transitioning between their Junior and Senior years, with experience in customer service and sales.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degree (sales degree, minor, certificate preferred)
• Transitioning between Junior and Senior years (preferred)
• Customer Service Experience is a plus
• Sales Related Experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsabilidades

• Learn the three phases of business including Recruiting, Account Management, and Field Support
• Post available positions on the Internet
• Evaluate resumes and schedule interviews
• Shadow Recruiters and Account Managers in their roles
• Attend networking events and participate in lead generation
