Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled in college/university pursuing a BA/BS degree (sales-related preferred).
• Transitioning between Junior and Senior year (preferred).
• MS Office proficiency.
• Customer service experience.
• Sales-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Post available positions on the Internet and manage candidate pool.
• Evaluate resumes and select qualified candidates for interviews.
• Schedule interviews with Recruiters and shadow recruitment activities.
• Shadow Account Managers and attend client visits.
• Participate in networking events and lead generation activities.
• Shadow Field Support during background checks and unemployment processes.
