Aerotek's Summer 2027 Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program offers a 10-week paid Sales internship designed to immerse students in Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support, with emphasis on selling and business acumen.

Successful completion can lead to a full-time Sales Development Representative role, accelerating a sales career within a global talent solutions provider and Allegis Group.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degree (sales degree, minor, certificate preferred).
• Transitioning between Junior and Senior years (preferred).
• MS Office.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Sales Related Experience.

Aufgaben

• Post available positions on the Internet via our candidate tracking system to increase the candidate pool.
• Evaluate resumes and select qualified candidates for interviews.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters.
• Shadow Recruiters during calls, interviews and reference checks.
• Maintain documentation using Aerotek’s Applicant Tracking System.
• Attend Contractor lunches with Recruiters.
• Shadow Account Managers on cold calls and client visits.
• Shadow Account Managers through the client acquisition process.
• Shadow Account Managers during requisition qualifications.
• Attend networking events.
• Participate in lead generation and shadowing cold calling sessions.
• Shadow Field Support during background investigations and drug test processes.
