• Customer service experience preferred.
• Sales-related experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Post positions and manage candidate flow.
• Evaluate resumes and qualify candidates for interviews.
• Schedule interviews with recruiters and shadow recruiters during calls and reviews.
• Shadow account managers on client calls and requisition processes.
• Attend networking events and participate in lead generation and cold call shadowing.
• Shadow field support during background checks and unemployment processes.
