Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a retail environment.
• Ability to work across Customer Service, Sales, and Store Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Support sales by maintaining displays and recommending items that meet customer needs.
• Develop product knowledge to answer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves and support inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store maintenance.
• Help with unloading deliveries and organizing stockrooms to maintain inventory flow.
• Participate in required training sessions and adhere to store policies and loss prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and complete shared tasks.
• Contribute to a team-based project addressing a real business challenge or store initiative.
