Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is offering a paid Management & Sales Internship for a 10-12 week summer program. Interns gain hands-on experience in retail stores, covering management, sales, and store operations while delivering meaningful customer experiences.

Interns travel with a Sales Representative, spend time with the management team, and complete a project addressing real business issues with leadership support.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Support sales by displaying products and recommending items that meet customer needs.
• Develop product knowledge to answer questions and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory management and merchandising.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store maintenance.
• Help unload deliveries and organize stockrooms for efficient flow.
• Participate in required training and adhere to store policies including loss prevention.
• Collaborate with interns on a team project addressing a real business challenge.
• Contribute ideas and help present outcomes to leadership.
