Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12-week summer program offering hands‑on experience in our retail stores, providing insight into management, sales, and store operations as well as meaningful customer experiences. You will gain insight into a career in outside sales by traveling with a Sales Representative and spending structured time with your management team.

Following successful completion of the program, interns are encouraged to apply to the Management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university during the internship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Preference given to candidates with 1 year in retail/delivery or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in management, sales and store operations.
• Travel with a Sales Representative to explore outside sales opportunities.
• Support merchandising, CRM, marketing, and business management activities.
• Complete a project addressing key business issues with leadership support.
