Job summary

Sherwin-Williams offers a paid Management & Sales Internship (10-12 weeks) providing hands-on experience in our retail stores, focusing on management, sales, and store operations while delivering meaningful customer experiences.

Interns travel with a Sales Representative to gain outside sales exposure and complete a team project with leadership support, culminating in a practical business learning journey.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
• Preferred: Driver’s license and ability to read/write/speak Spanish

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers to meet their needs.
• Develop product knowledge to answer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves, support inventory management, and contribute to visual merchandising.
• Assist with point‑of‑sale transactions and store operations.
• Collaborate on a team project addressing a real business challenge and present outcomes.
