Dominium Inc. is seeking a Southeast Development Intern for Summer 2027 in Atlanta to support analysts, developers, and project partners. This on-site internship runs June to August 2027, with responsibilities across market analysis, financial modeling, and construction administration within affordable housing projects.

The role offers exposure to acquisitions, tax credit applications, and development tracking while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Interest in real estate development or finance; affordable housing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with market research and analysis to evaluate demographics, rentals, occupancy, and development opportunities.
• Prepare and update financial models, cash flow projections, and feasibility analyses.
• Support evaluations of acquisitions with financial, market, and property data.
• Compile documentation for financing and tax credit applications and funding submissions.
• Maintain project schedules, construction trackers, and development matrices.
