Dominium invites applications for a full-time, on-site Development Intern at our Atlanta area offices. The internship runs June 8, 2027 to August 20, 2027 and supports the development team through market analysis, financial modeling, tax credit submissions, and project planning within affordable housing initiatives.

You will assist with acquisitions review, construction tracking, and due diligence while gaining professional exposure in real estate finance and development in a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in real estate development or finance; affordable housing interest is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication with team members and project partners.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Works well independently and collaboratively in a professional setting.
• Handles confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Supports analysts, associates, developers, and project partners across the development process.
• Assists with market research, financial modeling, financing and tax credit applications, and project planning.
• Contributes to construction administration and due diligence activities.
• Prepares and maintains project trackers, schedules, and matrices to monitor milestones.
• Reviews investment agreements and project documentation under guidance.
