Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Southeast Development Intern for Summer 2027 at the Atlanta Regional Office. This on-site internship runs roughly from June 8, 2027 to August 20, 2027, providing hands-on experience in affordable housing development and finance.

The role supports analysts and project partners across the development process, including market research, modeling and due diligence. Developers work with the team to plan, finance and manage projects, gaining exposure to construction

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Interest in real estate development or finance; affordable housing preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports analysts, associates, developers and project partners across the development process.
• Helps with market research, financial modeling and due diligence tasks.
• Assists with project planning, construction administration and funding submissions.
• Maintains project trackers, schedules and documentation for milestones.
• Collaborates with team members and partners to support development activities.
