Job summary

Dominium Management Services offers a full-time, on-site Development Intern position for Spring 2027 in Atlanta, GA. The internship runs January 7, 2027 to May 21, 2027, with onboarding and early interviews starting in late 2026.

You will support analysts, developers, and partners across real estate development, market analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence. You will gain exposure to market research, acquisition evaluation, financing and tax credit applications, and project planning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in real estate development or finance; an interest in affordable housing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assists with market research and analysis to evaluate demographic trends, comparable properties, rental rates, occupancy levels, and other factors affecting development opportunities.
• Prepares and updates financial models, cash flow projections, and analyses for feasibility and financial performance of development projects.
• Assists with evaluating prospective acquisitions, including organizing financial, operational, market, and property information.
• Compiles documentation for financing and tax credit applications, funding submissions, and other project requirements.
• Maintains project trackers, schedules, and matrices to monitor milestones and deliverables.
