Qualifications

• GPA 3.0+ required during entire program.
• Sophomore year completed (60 credit hours) before first rotation.
• Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects during the rotation.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements for small caliber ammunition production.
• Collect, process, and communicate data to support projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
