Responsibilities

• Review pleadings and perform data entry of required information.
• Establish tickler dates and close civil forfeiture files.
• Enter disposition and closure information into database; receipt affidavits of service; file all documents in appropriate files; work with paralegals and assisting attorneys as needed.
