Qualifications

• Enrolled as a part-time or full-time student at time of application.
• By internship start, must have completed one year (nine months) of their program.
• Preference may be given to South Dakota residents and students of SD institutions.

Responsibilities

• Review pleadings and perform data entry of required information.
• Establish tickler dates and close civil forfeiture files.
• Enter disposition and closure information into the database and assist attorneys as needed.
