Qualifications

• Applicant must be enrolled as a part-time/full-time student at a college, university, or technical institute at the time they apply.
• By the start of the internship, the student should have completed one year (nine months) of their chosen program.

Responsibilities

• This position will review pleadings, perform data entry of required information, establish tickler dates, close civil forfeiture files, enter disposition and closure information into database, compile information needed for service procedures, receipt affidavits of service, file all documents in appropriate files, and work closely with paralegals and assisting attorneys as needed.
