The University of Virginia's College at Wise is seeking undergraduate students to serve as Resident Community Advisors (RCAs) for the UVA Advance summer program. RCAs will live on-site in Gibbons Hall and provide supervision for high school participants, ensuring adherence to program rules.

Responsibilities include planning activities and being available during evening and overnight hours. Candidates must be UVA students with a minimum GPA of 2.25. Compensation includes housing and a stipend of $1,674.
