Job summary

Csod is seeking Resident Advisors for Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 to foster a safe, inclusive living environment in university residence halls. RAs will work ~20 hours per week, handle duty coverage, community programming, and administrative tasks under supervision.

Applicants must be full-time undergraduates, maintain 2.5 GPA, pass background checks, be 18+, and commit to training and events; positions include room waivers and limited hours.

Qualifications

• GPA of 2.5 or higher required during employment.
• Background checks including FBI fingerprinting and PA Child Abuse Clearances required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and in good conduct standing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and maintain weekly engagement.
• Encourage resident programming and community development.
• Provide duty coverage and evening/weekend supervision.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
• Support safety, crisis response, and policy enforcement.
