Procter & Gamble invites you to join a 12-week Summer 2027 Manufacturing Internship at the Cincinnati Chemicals Plant. You will be embedded in the Product Supply team, tackling real engineering problems and optimizing processes in a modern, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Learn from experienced mentors, gain hands-on experience with automation and data analytics, and contribute to projects that impact P&G brands globally. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Eagerness to contribute to projects, learn about managing timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to approach complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027 and relocate for the Summer 2027 internship.

Responsibilities

• Process Engineering & Optimization: Develop solutions to improve product designs, streamline processes, and enhance quality using data analytics.
• Converting & Packaging Engineering: Support packaging lines optimization and equipment integration with 3D modeling and mechatronics.
• Control Systems Engineering: Assist with automation systems, robotics, and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Manufacturing Project Support: Contribute to capital projects from concept to execution, managing scope and schedules.
• Capability Building: Support safety, quality, and digital solution adoption across operations.
