Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers by recommending items that meet needs.
• Develop product knowledge to answer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves and support inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store operations.
• Support logistics like unloading deliveries and organizing stockrooms.
• Participate in required training and comply with store policies.
