Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in college or university at the time of the internship.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (70 lbs on occasion) and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers and contribute to achieving sales goals.
• Develop product knowledge to answer inquiries and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves and support visual merchandising.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store operations.
• Help with unloading deliveries and organizing stockrooms.
• Participate in training sessions and follow store policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates on a team-based project addressing a real business challenge.
• Support the management team and contribute to store initiatives.
