Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12-week summer program offering hands-on experience in our retail stores, providing insight into management, sales, store operations, and meaningful customer experiences. Our intern experience provides professional-level learning in Sales, Marketing/Promotions, Merchandising, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university during the internship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in retail stores with exposure to sales, marketing/promotions, merchandising, CRM, and business management.
• Travel with a Sales Representative to learn outside sales and spend structured time with management.
