Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company offers a paid Management & Sales Internship for 10-12 weeks in our retail stores. You will gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations, while delivering meaningful customer experiences.

You’ll travel with a Sales Representative to see outside sales, complete a project with peers and leadership, and potentially move into the Management & Sales Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college/university at internship start.
• Willingness to interact with customers and perform in-store duties.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work evenings/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a retail environment and provide support to management and sales.
• Gain exposure to sales, marketing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Support project work with peers and leadership during the internship.
