Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company invites you to apply for its Management & Sales Internship, a paid 10-12-week summer program in our retail stores. You will gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations, plus meaningful customer interactions.

You will travel with a Sales Representative, work with the management team, and complete a project addressing real business issues with leadership support.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program.
• Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion?
• Must be able to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations.
• Travel with a Sales Representative to gain outside sales exposure.
• Complete a project addressing critical business issues with leadership support.
