Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12-week summer program offering hands-on experience in our retail stores, including management insight, sales support, and store operations. Participants will travel with a Sales Representative and work with the management team on real business projects to gain practical experience.

Interns will gain exposure to customer relationships, product knowledge, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the start of the internship.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion and 50 lbs. frequently.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional in-store and phone support.
• Sales Support: Maintain product displays and assist customers to meet needs.
• Product Knowledge: Learn store merchandise to answer inquiries.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Restock shelves and support visual merchandising.
• Store Operations: Assist with point-of-sale and store maintenance.
• Logistics Support: Help unload deliveries and organize stockrooms.
• Training & Compliance: Participate in training and follow policies.
• Team Collaboration: Support teammates and complete shared tasks.
• Project Responsibility: Collaborate on a team project addressing a real business challenge.
