Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12-week summer program offering hands-on experience in our retail stores, providing insight into management, sales, and store operations as well as meaningful customer experiences. You will gain insight into a career in outside sales by traveling with a Sales Representative and spending structured time with your management team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university during the internship or co-op program.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional in-store and phone customer service.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers with recommendations.
• Develop strong knowledge of store merchandise for inquiries and inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store maintenance.
• Help unload deliveries and organize stockrooms for efficient inventory flow.
• Participate in training sessions and follow store policies, including safety and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with fellow interns on a team-based project addressing a real business challenge.
