Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is offering a paid Management & Sales Internship for 10-12 weeks in our retail stores. You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations while traveling with a Sales Representative and working with the management team.

This program includes a capstone project and exposure to outside sales, marketing, and leadership development, with pathways to our Management & Sales Training Program after completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in college or university during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers by recommending items that meet their needs.
• Develop a strong understanding of store merchandise to answer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves and support inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and general store maintenance.
• Help unload deliveries and organize stockrooms to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Participate in required training sessions and adhere to store policies.
• Support team members in resolving customer concerns and complete shared tasks.
• Collaborate on a team-based project addressing a real business challenge or store initiative.
