Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company offers a paid Management & Sales Internship a 10-12 week summer program in our retail stores. You will gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations while delivering meaningful customer experiences.

You will travel with a Sales Representative to learn outside sales and complete a project with peers and leadership. Interns are encouraged to apply to the MTP program after completion.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co‑op program.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs., up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations.
• Travel with a Sales Representative to gain outside sales exposure.
• Complete a project addressing critical business issues with peers and leadership.
